With our state-of-the-art CNC mills, we can produce virtually any style thermoforming mold – up to 20 inches in diameter or 40 inches long. Our bridge mill is capable of machining bolsters, mounting plates, and plates up to 70 by 80 inches. Our 3,750 square foot assembly area, combined with our ability to inventory standard parts, allows us to efficiently assemble molds in short order, so you can optimize the agility of your manufacturing operations.
Our customers also value our unwavering commitment to quality. After assembly, molds undergo a comprehensive assessment of functionality – a water leak test, a vacuum leak test, and a mold gap check is all performed and documented before shipment. For molds that are already in service, we also offer troubleshooting and repair services.
